The power of the internet is crazy these days; overnight you can find yourself totally famous because of something that blew up and was passed around like hot cakes. The real Kyle is very content with his life and is a pretty regular Joe at the end of the day. He is known as Bad Luck Brian in the meme world today.
14. Real life hipster
If you have ever frequented any of the new age type coffee shops that have popped up all over town recently, you have definitely seen this type of barista. The hipster… ugh. How we loathe the hipster; the one who takes life a bit too seriously, including their coffee making skills. The hipster always seems to make every simple thing seem just a little bit more than what it actually is; they are a special breed of person that’s for sure. This gem is actually a barista in real life, and it’s funny that his meme actually turned out to be a depiction of reality. There is something about this guy that just makes you kind of want to punch him in the face. But of course we won’t, we’ll have a latté half caff instead.

This woman from Italy goes by the name of Silvia Bottini. She is actually a model and an actress in real life. This meme changed her life in a positive way as it gave her a lot of visibility and fame. The image circulated the world like rapid fire and enhanced her call backs and career goals immensely. She landed parts in Alice in Wonderland, a remake of Romeo and Juliet as well as several commercials. The image has been circulated with several different captions that always depict some minor “first world problem”. These problems are really not problems of course when compared to the travesties that go on in other parts of the world. These meme actually help open our eyes to the trivialities that we complain and fret about on a regular basis.
12. This girl is on fire
This meme can’t help but make us laugh. It has such an innocent looking girl smiling in front of what looks like a catastrophic fire, leaving us thinking that there is a creepy horror movie evil about her. The little girl is kind of bad ass and looks like she does not take any crap. The burning house was actually set on fire on purpose in order to help train firefighters for a drill. The photographer captured her in the side of the photo and it created a very unique image. The photographer actually entered the photo in a magazine contest. It was selected and published and its popularity spread quickly. People went on to use the girl only, photoshopping her with other backgrounds. A fire definitely started with this one…
11. The college guy
This is Grffin Kiritsy and he is very much real. The image was originally staged and used for a Reader’s Digest article about college. It entailed the typical transition into college and all the ups and downs that goes with it. Kiritsy actually makes people laugh when tells how the actual photo was taken. He says: “The story behind the picture is the worst part though. I did this interview over the phone and I thought that was the end of it, but a few weeks later the guy who set me up with the interview called and said a photographer was coming to take my picture. “No big deal,” I told this guy “I can pose for a few snapshots.” Little did I know that the f****ng Picasso of photos was coming to frame me for this shot, and I ended up on Thompson Hall lawn in the middle of the day in the middle of the week. For those of you who aren’t UNH-ers, it’s like walking in the middle of Main Street during rush hour. And I was there while he took 137,000 photos. Talk about committing social suicide as a first semester freshman.”

As opposed to our younger college freshman, this is another freshman photo that made the rounds for an obviously different reason. This is Nola Ochs, she was 95 years old at the time, amazing! This was taken at Fort Hays State University in Kansas, USA. She was actually so old that she broke a Guinness World record as the oldest student to graduate. It is actually very admirable and impressive and she was a definite asset to her classmates and teachers since she lived during most of the history being taught. The world had their eyes on her and she became famous. It was no wonder that the memes began to circulate because it was just so unique to see this nowadays!

His mother started a GoFundMe account in order to raise money for her husband`s kidney transplant. The fund actually ended up raising over $88,000!
